We provide shipping and delivery of our Products worldwide.

We partner with third-party logistic service providers such as DHL and Aramex. We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner, which will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s), purchased by you from us at the time such product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us.

We will also notify the standard dispatch timelines once the product has been purchased. Standard dispatch time excluding the making time is 6 to 10 working days for international deliveries and 2-4 working days for deliveries within Nepal. The delivery charges will be notified to the customer according to the weight of the purchased items.

However, the orders that are placed for customization will have a different timeline, and shall that be communicated to the the customer on their emails. In any case, the user will be provided with an estimated timeline for the delivery of the product purchased from us. The shipping charges will also be sent separately for the customization orders via email.
